Are you a "Flexitarian"?
So what is a flexitarian? It is someone who has a predominantly vegetarian diet but that eats fish, meat or poultry on occasion.
There has been a lot of controversy surrounding the flexitarians, who often call themselves meat-eating vegetarians, as a vegetarian does not eat meat ever. Moreover a vegetarian may have a political or environmental agenda behind his/her choice and so feels more resentful towards the part time vegetarian.
So why become a flexitarian?
Because the health benefits of a vegetarian diet cannot be negated and adopting it on a part time or mainly full time basis will have a positive impact on your health not to mention the animals.
